Thank you for your preference to the Summer Lodge during your recent visit to Crete. Guest satisfaction at the lowest possible prices is our primary concern and it pleases us to learn that the surroundings with our swimming pool and friendliness of our family members & staff lead you to share your kind comments. However, we would like to note that it is clearly written in our website that Summer Lodge is proudly participating as active member in the GreenLeaders eco program introduced by TripAdvisor and therefore we have installed a cooling fan in each bedroom instead of the energy consuming A/C
Continental breakfast consists of freshly brewed coffee (unlimited servings) freshly squished orange juice, toasted sandwiches filled with ham & cheese, fresh bread & biscuits served with butter & choice of jam & marmalade and all these with just 4 EURO. Above description and price are displayed clearly in front of our breakfast area.
We thank you again for your valuable feedback as comments such as yours allow us to address certain areas in need of improvement. We do hope you choose to let us try and restore your faith in our guesthouse by returning again.
Yours sincerely,
Vassilis Hatzimihail
