I only stayed for one night but the staff was friendly and accommodating. They don’t stock the room with everything (shampoo, dish soap, etc), you have to request it up front. But they were prompt about getting me the things I needed

My room was very basic in an older property. It was fine for what I needed, just to sleep and take showers. There was an odd smell in the room.

I did not expect this hotel train to be so rundown. I have stayed at extended stay hotels in the past, so I was surprised at the state of this location. There seem to be a lot of shady people in the hotel. Some of the staff was very friendly, while others were extremely rude. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, low quality muffins, and do it yourself oatmeal. Worst though, the bathroom was disgusting. The showerhead was coming out of a wall that was completely rotted. Water from the showerhead was dripping down into the drywall and there was black mold on the walls. Just horrible.

No water pressure, for shower and you had to go to the front desk to get a plunger whenever you used the toilet. No USB ports for charging phone or tablet near the bed or anywhere.
