So walkable to shopping and a myriad of restaurants Room was clean and ok. Could be modernized a little. Lighting and switches sort of antique, but functional.

There was a leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest when we checked in.

old, dirty sheets with a stale smell. foul smell outside the building. inconvenient check in time. tv/remote did not function properly.

Not kept up. Did not seem clean. For the price, did not seem worth it. Other family stayed at Best Western and had a more pleasant experience

Well set up for women travellers: hangers for skirts, iron, ironing board, fresh scent. Lovely, quiet room. Front staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were both very impressed.
Neighbourhood not too clean but was close to major shopping mall and easy travel.

The restaurant was horrible. We had to go to the front desk to get someone to seat us, then we were seated and never saw the server again. We were the only ones in there at the time and were not even offered a beverage while we looked at the menu. After 25 minutes of no one returning we got up and walked out. The room was never tidied once and we were not given any i formation about the hotel in the room such as local areas to eat, visit, amenities offered by the hotel or that the bottled water in our room was not free. We were also told to make a reservation the night before for the airport shuttle so we did however we were up earlier than expected and wanted to switch to the earlier shuttle that still had room on it but were told no that we were inly allowed on the one we booked. Very disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

The staff was very helpful. The room were very clean.
The only negative was that a light blub was burned out, the conditioner bottle was empty and the telephone line was broken. All very minor stuff that can be easily fixed.

Very good place to stay. Many good restaurants nearby.
