They have the best customer service! The best ambiance! The food and drinks are perfect! And I love the fireplace and fire pits.

Nice hotel away from the noise of the city but also very convenient location. Very nice staff. Rooms are a bit old and hotel is a bit pricey (there was as hidden fee of an extra 50$ per night to pay on the spot which we did not expect.) Would recommend if you want to stay at a safe spot in SF.

Nice property with nice friendly and professional staff who were wonderful to our pet. I would definitely come back again. Parking is quite expensive at $75 per night though.

Location was terrific. Easy to get to Alcatraz and the Ghirardelli chocolate factory near by. Eating options nearby and tour buses. Would stay there again.
