Overall, our stay was quite average. While the hotel boasts a beautiful aesthetic, several issues detracted from our experience.
**Pros:**
- The hotel itself is stunning and well-designed, with very comfortable beds.
- The rooftop pool is a nice feature.
**Cons:**
- The hotel is extremely loud. It's not ideal for relaxation, as noise from the outdoor bar continues late into the night and early morning cleaning starts around 6 am.
- Guests are required to pay 40€ for a pool chair, with designated time slots of either 11 am-3 pm or 3 pm-7 pm. This charge was not disclosed during booking and felt inappropriate.
- The pool area is small, with very cold water, and the bathrooms emit a strong sewage odor.
- The rooftop restaurant is understaffed, resulting in rushed and rude service.
- Service is only available on one side of the rooftop. Otherwise, guests must walk across to place orders and carry items to their tables.
In conclusion, I would not return to or recommend this hotel. Despite its beautiful design, it falls short in many key areas. For the price, I would seek accommodations with higher quality and better service.

We are glad that you enjoyed the design of the hotel and the comfort of the beds.However, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.We are apologize if the surrounding bars were very crowded during your stay and affected your experience with us. Generally, there's some ambience on this place but does not interrupt our guests stay. Please accept our most sincere apologies if this was not your case.Furthermore, the pool can be used at any time. The only booking slots that we have with the pool packages are the sunbeds and cabanas, this is due to high demand and limited amount that we have around the pool. However, if you do not wish to limit to a slot on a sunbed or cabana there is plenty of sitting space and tables around the rooftop area, where you can order and stay as long as you want. Moreover, we would like to thank you for bringing the issue of the bad smell in the rooftop bathroom to our attention. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and hope you'll consider giving us another chance to provide you with the exceptional service we strive for.
