The elevator feels unstable, the pool is much smaller in reality (looked bigger in the picture), no hot tub, needed extra sheets but had to go down to get them myself, the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable and disgustingly stained.

We love this Courtyard because of the price and location. I do think the rooms could use some updating, but the building itself is nice and clean. I will say this passed time we stayed, our room smelled strong of cat pee and there was no removing the smell. Felt like the specific room we were in, could have definitely been cleaner and could use a deep clean. I notified the front desk of the smell as well. I felt like the smell was on me when we left the room and cat per is the worst smell ever.

Does not meet usual high standards for a Courtyard

Specific issues encountered: mattress was poor, water in shower would only go to lukewarm, no variety of coffee or tea in the room, exercise room poor (small, only four total pieces of equipment).
