Got to the hotel at 630pm after traveling all day and being up since 1am. My room wasn't ready because the hotel had a flight crew. Now first of all I refused to believe that every single room was booked. Finally a very dedicated staff member Anibesh I believe tried to placate me by giving me a "free drink" voucher which was only good for beer and house wine. So of course I was pissed off because I need a scotch or a martini. So I went to him to express my dissatisfaction. He then offered me free dinner and complimentary breakfast. I finally was able to access my room at 745pm all the way of the other end of the building and only on the second floor. Needless to say I wasn't impressed. I had several interactions with the other two front desk workers both that evening and the following morning. Very snooty and unhelpful very lackluster no personality. I'm like this is a hotel and you're the face of the hotel. The fish and chips suck at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent
