echt alles is geweldig aan dit hotel , de locatie het personeel de kamer de lounge waar werkelijk niks maar dan ook niks teveel was. Het personeel daar was super ! Hapjes en drankjes waren gratis en ontzettend lekker .

Toilet didn’t flush. Lifts didn’t work properly. Construction being undertaken at site and very expensive. Will not stay here again.

The Sofitel is under construction and the staff were very nice and helped with our bags sunce the escalators were not working. The room was very tight, the toilet did not flush completely. the restaurant was very difficult to get a cup of coffee. After the 3rd question I decided to go out of the hotel and find coffee elsewhere.

The property had newly opened after renovation and I don’t think they are quite ready. The garden area is completely dug up and the restaurant is not available. A make shift breakfast buffet area is using part of the ballroom. The food was well cooked but an order of eggs Benedict came on an English muffin with just a small slice of salmon and a drizzle of hollandaise. Not really 5 star. Once all the renovations are complete and the musty smell in the hallways and the rooms is dealt with might be worth another look. Staff are very nice and extremely helpful.
