Of all the hotels around the Bush airport, this was one of the most economical in a pinch. I would pick another hotel. No working vending machine or water available available. Tile floor in room was greasy. Pro's are there is a restaurant right accross the parking lot and it was cheap for a quick sleep.

Water was too hot to shower and had a hard time to fiddle with the faucet.

Very quiet even so close to the airport. Friendly staff, and convenient breakfast. Only complaint was the bathtub had rust spots.

When we arrived into our room our beds were not made so I called the front desk. The poor young man at the front desk was the only person working at the hotel. He came and took pictures and said he would contact management. He couldn’t escape the front desk from checking people in. One and a half hours later after 12am I went down to the desk and said please can I have sheets and I’ll make the beds myself. He did comply. Unfortunately the manager the next day said I would have to go through Expedia since it’s a third parts to get a discount or refund. The management is absolutely terrible!!!

Overall, for the price, our stay here was good. The room was fairly clean, breakfast was fresh and staff was polite and helpful. The shared area of the hotel could definitely use some updating, along with the rooms (bathroom especially).
