I really liked the hotel. Even though the rooms are not as big as a newer hotel, everything was very well kept and the service was outstanding

The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, and the staff was very helpful.
Bathrooms are small. No valet parking.

Really nice hotel that is centrally accessible to all of the sights that Chicago has to offer. On the first morning, there was a strange noise coming from the pipes that was really loud, but the front desk was attentive and reassigned me a new room and had my luggage transferred while I went out to sight-see during the day. My new room was quiet, clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and love Chicago!

Hotel was close to all attractions. Safe at night. Clean. Very friendly staff.
