Le préposé le soir ne m’a jamais rien proposé j’ai du lui demander! Il m’a dit un jus ou un café pour une semaine! Finalement la personne du matin je lui ai redemandé et elle m’a donné 2 bubbly bottles!

easily to get around major downtown areas but the room is dimly lit. staff is nice and helpful but if you’re a light sleeper like me, the downtown traffic will annoy you

We looked at reviews before booking this hotel. They are close to what we have experienced (2 nights stay). All in all, we had a good experience. Price is the lowest we could find in the area. The location is very convenient. It is walking distance to Meridian Hall (where we attended a concert); Eaton Center, other shops and eatery. Staff was very friendly and helpful. People talked about the elevator being slow. We found it OK. We got one of the bigger rooms with 2 Queen size beds. Very nice indeed. The room did seem dark, but tolerable when we turned on all the lights. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. As mentioned in the reviews, the water was not very hot. We had to shower very quickly. And our tub was partially blocked. On the whole, we like the hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Room was comfortable and conveniently located. Lots of traffic noise which i found very distracting and it woke me early every day. Rooms at the back probably don't have this problem
