There is nothing grand about this Hyatt. Walls are paperthin and I could hear every next door conversation. No minibar, no roomservice, no in house store to buy any water/beverage/snack in the evening. Breakfast is substandard at premium pricing. Water pressure on the 25th floor was zero, but good on the 12th floor. Multiple lights in room did not work. Gym needs proper cleaning with the level of dust under and on the machines just unacceptable. Beds are comfortable and location is good/convenient.

During your stay if you're ever experiencing noise issues please let us know so we can make the necessary adjustments to accommodate you. For our food and beverage options we have our OneUp bar that is open on the Mezzanine everyday from 4p.m - 11p.m and you can order food until 10:30p.m. In the morning during the breakfast hours you can also purchase items from the Market which has beverages and snacks. We apologize for the low water pressure that you experienced in your room. We'll ensure that we clean the gyms in all areas to reflect a clean space. Loved the service and staff were very nice and friendly. Room was on the smaller size, needed more electric sockets in more convenient locations. Standard room design was a bit awkward and clunky, like toilet paper holders were in an awkward position the sink was too large and left little counter space for sundries and no bathroom fan. Food was very poor quality for the price. Tasted like frozen entrees microwaved and served lukewarm. We had soup, pizza and fish and chips. The drinks were great but food was a bit disappointing. The service definitely made up for these minor criticisms.

The staff was amazing and the restaurant on the property is good too. It’s a very clean hotel and steps away from shopping and union square.

Liked the location! Near cable cars, streetcars, union square and a short distance to Chinatown and the Wharf. A little dated but had a fantastic staff!!
