Nice location with nearby Starbucks. Close to MCAS Miramar, convenient for the air show weekend.

the room was to expensive to not have a good view in the balcony.

Didn't like the fact that i had to pay to park my vehicle in the property. Hidden fees before you realize the bill doubles.

This probably my 4th time staying at this hotel & I'm returning in 2 weeks, I just totally love it!! It's family oriented, clean, nice, staff is always super nice and helpful. This last last visit, I arrived sooner that expected and before check in time and they were nice enough to allow us to check in since room was already ready. The only reason I gave a 4 star this time is because there is a resturant off the lobby with some tables and chairs closer to their starbucks, I sat my children down while I tossed some trash, as I turned around, the employee from the resturant was telling my 8 year old that they had to move elsewhere, that it was a resurant and they were not allowed to be sitting there(with a tone). She then saw me and said "are those your children?" I said yes, and she said the same to me, that they were not allowed to be sitting there. I get it if that's the policy, it's tricky as those tables are in the lobby/reception area, but why approach these kids like that and with a tone, my poor kids are just staring at her startled without a response. It's the first time I ever encounter something like that. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that, the hotel is just great and that one bad moment won't keep me from going there.

Parking was not included or told would be required. It was very expensive for a multiple night stay to not include parking. It’s unfortunate that things are getting so expensive disabled combat veterans cant afford normal things anymore in modern times.
