Graduate is quirky and cool
Design, clean and specious rooms. The coffee ‘machine’ with instant coffee was gross and there are no amenities, but location was great and staff were friendly.

The property is so clean and quaint. I stayed with my son as I was visiting ASU and it was perfect. I had free parking for my rental, it was close to a variety of restaurants and walking distance from the campus. The key cards are super cute (student ID) and the do not disturb signs are extremely cute (studying do not disturb). I loved our stay. the view from our room was also amazing....5 stars!

Very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and the location steps from the ASU campus can’t be beat.
