No access to laundry No elevator we had to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights The shower was low flow and not good

Not as advertised. NO RV OR BUS PARKING as listed. Please remove that from amenities list!!!! The parking lot is the size of a postage stamp. The pool is next to a fast food drive through. Not really family friendly feeling.

shower head was hard to work and low water Presher the mattress was way to soft hard to get out of bed.

We had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs; no elevator. Area around hotel was unsafe. We will not be staying there again.

The property was not clean outside of the room and building. The window drapes were old and did not cover the windows properly. The parking lot lights kept the room so bright that we were unable to sleep. Over all the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. Your reviews on the property rated it at 8.8 and that rating was very misleading. I would rate the property at a 2 and will not recommend it to anyone.

Sorry. This place screams old and needs repair asap. Beds are so uncomfortable and you could hear next room guess turning on the bed. Thanks goodness that’s all he did, cause literally could hear a single movement.

Both Heater/AC unit and microwave provided in room were too noisy to use. Everything else was great
