Generally had a decent time here. 2 large pools--1 for all guests and 1 for adults only--and a water play area for kids. Children were excited to access either pool or play area. Buffet food was mediocre but fair. Breakfast egg station and dinner taco station at the buffet was the best. Make sure to make reservations for the other 3 restaurants. I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, Frida, most. My only suggestion would be to make the shows/performances approximately an hour earlier as my kids were getting bored/tired wsiting for the 9:30pm performances

I spent 5 days at Park Royal, the food was good every day is a different type of food. Very kind and friendly staff. The rooms, hallways, dining areas and pools are very clean. We enjoyed our stay at Park Royal. I recommend.

It was absolutely amazing. Eduardo was extremely helpful and nice. The bar staff was wonderful, the buffet food was very delicious. The staff was exceptional. Thank you for such an amazing staff. Can’t wait to return!

El personal no es atento con sus huéspedes y la comida del hotel no es muy buena aparte los meseros debes andarlos buscando para que te atiendan así que en restaurantes sobre todo el PESCADOR es pésimo

The Resort is at a great location. Their Dinner reservations system, policy and not accomodating large group is RIDICULOUS . The Pool Bar staff at the Main Pool Arturo and Dayana are Amazing! Eduardo from Entertainment is amazing! These 3 people made our stay definately fun! Aside from the dinner situation overall good.
