'Very friendly staff. It was clean and nice. We were not aware of the fact that landing plains fly over the hotel very low. This was a bit noisy during the day but in the evening and night we didn’t hear much of that.'

'Goed hotel, wel wat verouderd maar heel schoon. Kamers zijn sober maar ruim. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Sliepen aan de voorkant daar was best veel lawaai. Maar verder uitstekend. Op loopafstand van Time Square en Bryant park '

'Het hotel was hartstikke goed. Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Jammer dat het hotel in deze buurt staat. '

'Nice hotel on great location. We had a quite room on the east side of the building. Room was nicely arranged maybe the carpet could be cleaner. Shower was nice and hot with every day clean towels and soap. Coffee and tea was supplied every day for the machine. They kept our luggage after check out in a locked room. Reception personnel was kind and helpful. '

'We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always...

'It's the middle of the city with a mall next door, with can be a good thing albeit noisy. Nice part of town, pretty safe area.'

'Mooi uitzicht en comfortabele kamers met frigo, koffiezetapparaat en microgolf...ook heel netjes. USB oplaadpunten aanwezig in de kamer. De liften kunnen soms wel lang onderweg zijn en ontbijtruimte soms te vol. Het heeft zeker niet gestoord, topverblijf gehad'

'Es war ein sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend war für New York relativ ruhig und gut gelegen. Die Subway war nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Staten Island Ferry. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man für einen Städte Trip benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sauber gemacht, mit frischen Handtüchern. Wie würden beim nächsten mal wieder hier buchen. '

'Het is een slaapplek met een douche en toilet. Niet meer dan dat. Het kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Douche gordijnrail wordt als handvat gebruikt want is helemaal doorgebogen. Gordijn te kort. Vond nog een lange zwarte haar, ik en m’n zoon hebben die niet…. Spiegel was gebroken, werd niets over gezegd. Geen opbergfaciliteiten, alleen een kleerhanger. Verder een tafel met kruk en koelkast. Ramen waren geblindeerd waardoor hoeveelheid licht minimaal (plafond en 1 bedlampje) was. Bereikbaarheid...

'the property itself is beautiful as beautiful can be but sadly the area and neighborhood around the property is teeming with dirt, garbage and yolkels but other than that if i could give the hotel/property 6 stars i would.'

'Accommodation was very dated but clean. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Good mattresses. No breakfast, but a small area with two tables where you can eat your own. Great place for getting breakfast and smoothies at the bottom of the stairs to the subway station, which is open 24/7. Free coffee and tea available 24/7 in the hotel breakfast area. The hotel is located next to Queensboro Plaza subway station so that’s a little noisy but makes it super easy and quick to get to...

'Locatie is super super goed, alleen de buurt is niet savonds alleen te lopen. Wel dichterbij airtrain en metro station naar alle plekken zoals bv 50st.super goed te doen.'

'Ligt wat verder weg in Queens, maar wel op korte afstand van metrolijn met directe verbinding naar Times Square. Kamer en bedden zijn prima. Ontbijt is karig. Personeel is chagrijnig. Voor ons was het hotel een enigzins betaalbare lokatie tijdens oud/nieuw.'

'Everything was very very well. Only when we were waiting in the lobby for our transfer to the airport, there was not a toilet available. Eventuelly we could use the toilet of the staff.'
