'Today is June 16th 2024 . My stay was okay only because the staff at the front desk was very mediocre. They weren’t very talkative and didn’t offer any incentive about the hotel cafe or pool hours or extra charges etc, even at check out they never said thank you for staying at the Menger Hotel or inform you of your incidental deposit return. It was just good but the Emily Morgan was great the year before. Not sure if it was black issues or what?? Could have been better. We all have the same...

'The bathroom had lots of debris, the tub backed up when showering and was patched horribly and most importantly the bathroom door did not close. Clearly cleaning the bathrooms is not priority. However, everything else was clean and the humans are lovely. Couldn't pick a better location for MBT graduation party to stay as they have a perfect display for taking pics with your grad. Breakfast was very nice, pool was clean and nice. '
