'They allowed us an early check in. Which was great. We had booked an event. Once in room we noticed the trash was not emptied. We go to pull out sofa and its broken. Call frint desk to report and get hung up on. I ended up cutting my foot trying to put bed back in so we could at least sit on couch. Ended up killing a roach on the wall. '
