However, it didn't work for me as I requested room-cleaning service (between a specific time using their system) but the room was not cleaned at all. '

The staff are lovely and very accommodating, patient, polite and incredibly kind. We had two seperate stays at the hotel over our trip and I would t hesitate to book again in the future.'

'Everything was a bit small, which is to be expected from a Japanese hotel. The bed was nice and comfy slept like a baby every single night. Didn't have any view or much daylight from the window in my room since it was facing the sidewall of the building next to the hotel. So no pretty view of Tokyo Skytree as the pictures illustrate. The bathroom felt a bit cheap, everything is made from plastic, the floor the bathtub ect. However everything was passable if you don't expect much luxury or fancy...

'Very nice hotel in asakusa, it's walkable to Senso-ji but not very close. There's a metro station just in front of the hotel, that was really helpful. The room is very small but nice for one person.'
