'A/C is great. I like it cold when I sleep. The room was clean. Pool is nice. Breakfast is better than the average hotel’s offering. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are acceptable. TV is large enough. There is a couch that is firm, and our 3 year old granddaughter slept well on it. I don’t like all the smokers at the front door. Can’t really avoid them there. '

'Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!'

'This was my 5th time visiting Mountain Harbour and it is always wonderful. The owner's are continuously adding to and improving the property so each visit has been unique. The added bar area is awesome and the entire staff is just amazing. The things that haven't changed are the great service and the literally the best breakfast you will ever have. I can't wait to plan my 6th trip. '

'Beautiful site. A great get away. Lots to do in the area. One could easily spend a week or more doing various activities as well as visiting the local businesses and being surrounded by all the natural beauty. There is a winery and a bakery nearby. 'There was hair in the shower and sink. The shower liners looked dirty and much to long and hanging in the dirty water. Trash was left in the downstairs. There was no toilet paper, trash can liners, or soap for the shower. Multiple obvious mouse traps left the feeling there was a mouse problem that we may encounter- which we did not. '

'Place was beautiful but is a pets friendly. The place was not cleaned properly dog hair was found all over the sofas and bed also they didn't leave enough supplies. But we love the cavins and the views were beautiful. '

'We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. We hope to return! 10 out of 10 all around!! '

'The unit and location were nice. The main concern I have was that when there was a fire emergency in the building, the notification was very faint and I almost ignored it instead of evacuating. The phones were not working to call the front desk to ask about the faint noise I was hearing. This is a potential hazard and I suggest that it get fixed.
