' The desk clerk Kymari was very professional and helpful! 5 stars for her. However the day of checkout There was a bug(looked like a bed bug) in my bathroom I took a picture..Kymari noted it on the hotel receipt with my phone number n said she would let her manager know..as of 9/17 I haven't heard from anyone. .'

'This hotel is so cool! I was not aware when booking that the building is the former Federal Reserve Branch. The swimming pool and hot tub is in the former target shooting area for federal reserve staff and the secret service. There are vaults in the basement which are now meeting rooms, but the vault doors are there and there are plaques with history of the building all over the place. It was so cool to see all the intricate detail in the building from 1931 when it was built, and the bar/lounge...

'We stayed here for a Pirates game and had a great experience. The ladies who checked us in/out were very accommodating and friendly. Decent rooms/breakfast option. We also were able to easily take public transportation around the city and/or walk to every place we wanted to go. We would stay here again!'

'Great 2 bedroom with a kitchenette, walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The room had a broken mirror and hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was bountiful, but my daughter caught a cockroach with a cup she works construction, she knows what they look like). They tried to try her it was a cricket. The girl when we checked in was curt and not helpful. Checkout was nice.'
