'Front desk Staff was very helpful and professional and accommodating with our service dog, they made sure we were on a lower floor for convenience and that means a lot when you have a service animal. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Will look into staying with this company again '

The entire hotel including my room was very clean. I stayed in a room right above the bar and next to the elevator and I still didn’t hear a thing. The room had great decorating making it feel unique as well. I look forward to staying here again.'

'Hotel was very difficult to locate. Made several calls to hotel with not much assistance. Checked into a dirty room however it was remedied right away. Very busy hotel but still quiet.'

'The rooms were solid, big enough with some nice windows. My main issue was that I chose the property specifically for the laundry, which happened to be out of service. But for the price, I guess you can’t complain, and as a bonus, there is a convenience mart within walking distance.'

'We have stayed here before, but this trip was disappointing. Numerous times we waited for staff to respond because they were often preoccupied with their phones. There is a resort fee, but no pool, minimal equipment workout facility and now they have removed complimentary coffee from the hotel and casino. We will being trying a new place when we return next year.'
