'Property is very nice, across from the Willis Tower. Quiet and about 10-15 minute walk to Michigan Avenue. Parking Garages in the area not built for larger SUV’s or trucks. Not many restaurant options in this area and Wells Street behind the hotel (block over) was kind of run down street. But the hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. '

'Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece.'
