'We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a couple of hiccups. Perks: It was nice to have a suite and it was clear the staff puts a lot of effort into keeping the hotel and rooms nice. 'Did not like the entrance to the property from the street. Had to drive through a strip mall parking lot and was not able to see hotel from the street. No signs directing you to property. As a single woman, I felt a bit unsafe. Also, the sound proofing between units was poor. I could hear every step taken by people in room above mine. That said, the person at check in desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition.'

'Beautiful hotel. But our room had several problems. Safe didn’t lock, tub was dangerously slippery (needs a bath mat) but the worst was the frig.!!! It stunk so badly the only solution would be to throw it in the trash! No cleaning could help! I reported to the front desk/maintance Got a free coffee- for my troubles -woo hoo!!!!'
