'Check in/out done on your phone, just pick up the key at the front desk. The room was clean & comfortable. Bed was comfortable & the blackout curtains helped with a good nights sleep. There was a larger table that is good for eating or spreading out work & a lap top. The hotel is close to the airport,mall and many restaurants. The hotel is quiet.'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...

'only issue was the a/c for the room did not keep the room cool. Even thought the thermostat was set to low, the room was warm.'

'Stayed a night to go to Grand Canyon and some shopping. Friendly staff, good beds and shower and WiFi and pool although jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast does not meet the hurdle, bad Coffee/ scrambeld eggs not good. Isn't worth the money. '
