'BLOCK hotel is simply lovely. Cosy base for Gozo. Quiet in winter months but wonderful scenery. South west Gozo has stunning cliffs and walks. Victoria the capital is nearby with buses thence to the whole island. I had the most relaxing time. Room was quiet, no window but not needed as only slept there. Food was amazing and barman and waitress charming. Live entertainment Thu-Sunday and a real hub for divers, if that is what you are into (Not me but seemed like a super professional set up)....

'Nous sommes restés 2 nuits au Sea Holly dans la chambre familiale avec vue sur mer et piscine depuis une des 2 terrasses. La maison est magnifique. Un grand bravo aux propriétaires pour la décoration choisie avec soin. Tout est en accord parfait. Le couple est charmant, agréable et aux petits soins. Le petit dejeuner est fait-maison par le mari. 'Sweet little boutique hotel with the kindest Gozitan woman running the place. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only hiccup was finding the place. The google maps location is down the street from it’s actual location.'

'Een prachtig modern kleinschalig hotel met luxe uitstraling, comfortabele kamers en zeer goed ontbijt. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel ligt op korte afstand van de citadel. Onze kamer had uitzicht op de burcht. Prachtig. Onder het hotel ligt een modern winkelcentrum inclusief supermarkt. Busstation ligt om de hoek. Kortom, een aanrader. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B! The villa is just wonderful. Walking through the entrance towards the front door is exactly how the pictures looked like. We had a large 3 persons room for the 2 of us. Bed was a little bit at the small side, but that only a minor point. The room was very clean, bathroom very nice and we had a nice balcony looking over the garden and swimming pool. The host was really kind! You can see how much effort is put into the B&B. 'We had the most wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matias B&B on the beautiful island of Gozo. Breakfast was amazing with fresh local sweets and bread in addition to cooked to order. Victor is a wealth of information- and it was fascinating hearing about the rich local history and traditions from him. We will definitely come back!!'

'Situated in the center of Nadur, close by restaurants and bus stops. Welcome was very friendly and helpful. The bed and shower were good. Breakfast has several options and is adequate to start a busy day on Gozo. We really recommend this hotel.'

'A well-located and good value-for-money holiday let with easy parking and access to other parts of the island. The room was clean and bright, if a bit cramped because of the large penthouse patio. As 75-year olds, we struggled a bit with the 60+ steps up to the top floor. We'd visit again, but go for a room lower down to avoid the stairs and get more room space. '
