'The service was great when we checked in and when asked for assistance. We reserved a room with a pull out sofa along with a king bed. You'd assume that with a pull out couch being part of the reservation that the linens for that would be available in the room. They were not and when asked at the front desk, it was very limited. They had sheets and a small blanket. They did not have any pillows or an additional comforter/blanket to use. I'd recommend bringing your own linens if planning on using...

'The room was facing the interstate so you heard the road noise. Upon entry, you could smell the cleaning products and the water has been previously used, excessively. The shower had high pressure water, if you like that. the breakfast was good and was rotated out frequently. The location was near plenty of dining options and Hanes Mall was the next exit. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I didn't feel comfortable or safe, so I moved to a different accommodation after the first night. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help, but I didn't feel comfortable. I didn't feel it was the right place for a solo traveller like me."
