The biggest complaint is lack of management taking care of the very rowdy teenagers in the pool (roughly 10 of them) with no adults to supervise them so they were not being respectful to others as my son got yanked off the ladder by one and also kicked in the face as 3 teenagers jumped in together. Me and another parent who was also in the pool area watching their own child went and spoke to the front desk and...
