'Warm welcome at chech-in. Receptionist very helpfull in providing directions to nearby attractions. Friendly staff in general. Overall nice and charming facility, but somewhat outdated, in a wonderfull location. Bedlinen and towels were clean, but unfortunely we had to share our room with woodlouse (multiple encounters daily). Breakfast was simple, but ok. Appetizers and dinner options were good.'

'Beautiful and comfortable facility. Bathroom light fixture was loose and wouldn't work all the time. Maintenance fixed it immediately. The handicap shower allowed a puddle of water to accumulate at shower edge. It wouldn't flow toward the drain which had a loose grate. Actually, besides these minor problems, we loved staying there and will stay again next time we come to Portland. We will get a regular room with a tub/shower.'

'We have problems with the deadbolt on our door. It did not prevent us from using the room or changing rooms. 'The accommodations were in clean and modern. We had hot water for all of us to shower and plenty of quiet rest in decent beds with comfortable beds.
