'Rooms on our floor had a plumbing problem with rooms flooding and guests had to be relocated. They had dehumidifier fans everywhere and one elevator was out of service due to the water situation. This was very inconvenient for us. '

'This was a super nice property! It is about a mile walk to the main part of Laguna. (Marine Bar, Nicks, Hennessys, etc). But it was a great stay. Everything is automated which makes it easy. Having parking right underneath where you can come and go made things convenient as well. '

'We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean the staff was amazing and helpful very friendly. The staff that runs the kitchen/ breakfast is efficient and very friendly. Everything was smooth. The only thing was that the spa water wasn't hot it was barely warm '

The lobby was spacious and well appointed for sitting and eating. $20 per night for parking is ridiculous, especially when I'm forced to pack my car at the end of my stay next to 2 people in their car in an adjacent parking space, openly smoking marijuana out their open car windows. No hotel parking tag visible. '
