'Its very important to know the rooms are extremely small, not housekeeping services, no desk,charis in room, closet, and you cannot walk around the bed. They moved us to a slight larger room, very accommodating on site help, very polite, but homeless outside also polite but! Great bar downstairs and wonderful cold brew coffee at Dawn'

'cozy, beautiful grounds with comfortable seating areas. Unbeatable happy hour with complementary wine and food. Free sparkling wine and water waiting in the fridge. The only negative is the fact that all rooms face the busy street and with the windows not being double pane, the traffic noise is high...I was up at 5 am everyday'
