'Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. '

'The property is nice, fairly modern and convenient to downtown attractions. (Museums, Grant Park) The staff is friendly and accommodating. The South Loop is not as nice as it use to be…lots of trash on the sidewalks and empty storefronts. '
