'Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room faced the road/freeway and was noisy all night long, very little soundproofing thru all the glass windows/patio door. However we travelled with friends who stayed on the opposite side and said it was very quiet. If you stay there request a backside room if you want to sleep.'

'I was a little disappointed as we booked this hotel solely for the indoor pool for our kids to enjoy. The pool was dirty and it was also really cold. There weren’t enough towels for all of use to use when we arrived at the pool. It also seemed that our carpet hadn’t been deep cleaned in some time. I have toddlers and their hands were instantly dirty when they tried to play with toys on the floor of the hotel room. However, on the positive side the hotel is in a good location and we felt safe...

'Even though the A/C wasnt working in the first room assigned to us, the staff was friendly and got us into a new room immediately even after 11 PM. Apart from that our experience was great. Breakfast was good as well'

'This hotel is very near airport, and offers a peaceful oasis after a long day of travel. The shuttle service is quick and efficient and the hotel staff welcoming. I’m so glad I chose to book a room and rest here for the night before collecting my rental car and traveling on to Taos. I will be a loyal customer going forward. '

'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

'Ik heb vijf aaneensluitende dagen verbleven in dit, net gerenoveerde hotel. Het personeel is uitermate gastvrij en vriendelijk en het hotel is praktisch schoon en is centraal gelegen aan de uitvalswegen I 40 EN I 25. De hotel airport shuttle gaat tot 19.00uur, maar tóch werd er een oplossing gezocht om mij van het vliegveld te halen en naar het hotel te horen toen ik om 20.00uur op het vliegveld aankwam. '

'I stay at this property approximately five or six times a year and it’s always my go to Hotel. And overall location and everything about the hotel is good however the carpet is extremely dated. There’s a musty smell and I wish them the best in their upcoming renovation. I will be back though.'
