'Was a nice stay except the sick wiggles and feels like it was going to fall off. The pool was nice but rented the room for the Hottub and it was empty. This needs to be put on your web site. Also found stuff in the fridge from the last people so really how clean do the housekeepers clean the room'

'Overgeprijst hotel. Des Moines downtown stelt niets voor. Straten zijn na 18.00 uitgestorven. Voor wat betreft de services die je krijgt ligt de prijs van dit hotel 25% te hoog. Persoonlijke ervaring: mijn boeking was inclusief ontbijt, op de eindafrekening stond toch het ontbijt afgerekend. Tot op dit moment geen reactie hierop gekregen van het hotel. Zou er niet meer naar toe gaan. Tip: probeer een hotel in West Demoins te vinden. Meer levendigheid en met auto is centrum makkelijk binnen 15...

'The hotel rooms are dated. No free breakfast. Also, the concession stand by the pool is closed on Sundays and so is the bar. They do sell alcohol and snacks. The pool and the hot tub area is really nice. I would say it was just an OK experience overall. '

The check-in went smoothly, and then we were directed to the elevator, which was down a very long hallway. The premises were not taken care of the vacuuming needed done. The bed was great.
