'Het hotel bevind zich centraal in Zakopane, niet slecht. Parkeren is (in het hoogseizoen) moeilijk, ik had echt gelukt dat mij een plaats werd toegewezen en kost 30,- tot 50,- Poolse Slotties. Ipv in het hotel, was mijn kamer in een ander gebouw naast het hotel, dat ervaar ik niet als positief. Echt sfeervol was de kamer niet, geen uitkijk, alles echt heel basic en anders dan op de website is voorgesteld. Voor het ontbijt of sauna mag je over straat door de sneeuw.....De spa viel tegen op zich...

'The hotel is a 20/25 minute walk from the train station but don't let this put you off staying here the walk there gives you a great look at all the shops/restaurants thats around the area. I went to 'burger i piwo' and 'regionalny bar' that located a 5min walk. Staff at hotel very friendly in helping me check in/out. The room was quiet during night "great" i would gave this room a 4.7 out of 5 just because it needs a new carpet but other than that room clean.'

'The hotel is really a nice little place. The staff was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable. Only 1 complaint, NO A/C! E were fortunate it was a cool couple of nights and we could keep the door open to the balcony if not, it would have been miserable.'

'Nettes Zimmer, kann man zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und Altstadt erreichen. Gegenüber von Aquacity und ein sehr gutes Restaurant 63, ausreichend Parkplatz, Rezeption war nicht besetzt, aber Check-in und Check-out klappte trotzdem bestens.'

'Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...
