'My first time at the Inn. It presents well outside and in. Someone is paying attention to the public spaces. Restaurant is adequate. My room was large, clean, and adequately equipped. Not a luxurious place but a solid choice for my needs. Trails along the water are excellent. Staff are good ambassadors of hospitality.'

Yes, some of the rooms open up to a hallway that is adjacent to a Japanese restaurant, but you are very much in your own space. If anything, the restaurant is a selling point, as it's delicious. The speakeasy in the basement is also excellent, and we were happy to realize that we shared a building with a place we have been to a couple of times before on our regular Duluth excursions. 'Stay was wonderful. Beautiful cabin, beautiful weather and absolutely beautiful views! Couch was terribly worn. Walk to shower house/ bathroom is a trek! Steps to it would be helpful. Overall the price was perfect, cabin very nice. The gamily time it created was amazing!'

'It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. '
