'Overall the stay was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful and I had a wonderful view. I ordered room service and it was quick and delicious. My only complaints are the bed was hard and I had a hard time getting to sleep and was sore in the morning. The other problem was when I asked to have my room serviced the trash wasn’t emptied, no water was left, coffee cups were left dirty on the bathroom sink and the bed was made with the same sheets and pillowcases and...

'It was ok. Bedrooms & bathrooms were downstairs which was inconvenient. Mattresses were hard. Blind on front door missing a slat which felt creepy at night sitting in the living area. There were noises of water running through pipes at night & no heat in the master bath. Just wasn’t a relaxing couple of days. No tables or luggage stands to put our suitcases on. The bedside tables were metal & every time you moved it the tops came off. Before arriving I had asked if we could stay an extra night....
