'Very clean. Everyone was friendly. The bar area is very spacious. I love the fire pit outside. Sat out there for a couple hours one night l. My only complaint is the electrical outlet on the headboard didn't work. My mother wasn't able to plug in her CPAP machine there. She has to prop.it upon something on the floor next to the bed'

'The property is quiet, nice and clean and the staff are very nice. Parking is not available but they do have valet parking which is not that expensive and there are a couple of parking options near by within a block distance.'

'The ice machine didn’t work on my floor, our windows were cracked we when came into the room, there was a towel on the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it was not cleaned before I arrived and the elevator wouldn’t work twice. For the about I spent on a suite and the pictures and look from inside the lobby which is beautiful I expected a lot more. '

'It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. '

'We have loved the Joseph for many years. The Guild House restaurant is lovely off of the lobby. Staff is stellar. Rooms have been consistently fresh and very comfortable. Only thing is in the last couple years, the main street in front of hotel has gotten very noisy. We stayed in back of hotel this time and it was better.'

'My daughter and I stayed here while in Columbus for a concert. The hotel is 3 mins from Nationwide arena. All of staff were awesome from the moment I arrived. Valet was great, as were the front desk reps and the coffee shop staff. Hotel is modern and rooms are clean. The lobby is so cozy. The area around the hotel is so nice and quiet with a park and COSI across the street. I want to stay here every time I’m in Columbus.'

'We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room.
