'This property was advertised on a hotel booking site, with hotel pricing and hotel taxes and fees, so was expecting maybe a bottle of water or a coffee pod to give it the hotel feel. I was required to take out the trash prior to departure - shouldn’t be my job as the guest.'

'We were in Colorado Springs for my girlfriend’s clinical hours. Very nice unit but the neighbors were so loud! We contacted the property managers to ask the upstairs neighbors to keep it down after 10pm so she can get a decent nights sleep. They were somewhat cooperative but still noisy.
