'All the staff I met were helpful and welcoming. Parking was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with the exception that the building's external lights were directly outside my windows. The black out curtains didn't overlap so the room was pretty bright. Overall, great option with character right in downtown FDL. '

'It states nothing about the pool and hottub being under construction and permanently closing. Hot tub was our main reason for chosing the property. Floors 1&2 are under remodel so you cant use the lobby and if you have a larger vehicle you can't get to the 2nd story of the ramp to checkin...but there is an elevator.'
