'quiet and safe, close to everything yet off the 'main' part of the road. bright and airy, loved the room and decor was gorgeous. we were already at the beach, didn't need to see more beach decor. pass to harveys beach was nice, but the beach was gross. breakfast voucher was great, restaurant was quick and delicious'

'I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building.
