'There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers.'

'Hotel was very nice! Really liked that they used wrist bands instead of cards for door access. It made it much easier to just wear a band instead of finding your card. Located near lots of restaurants and in walking distance to everything. '

'We had an amazing time from the moment we walked in the door! We were offered an upgrade and we took it. The King Spa Room has spectacular views of Tampa! The upgrade was worth the additional cost. The property is beautiful and super clean! There are lots of dinning options between the two properties and the food was really good. Venkatesh was our front desk service professional and he was a real pleasure to work with. '
