'When we arrived (our hotel was one of the few not affected by the water main break), we were upgraded to the 11th floor and received great service. Be aware… the 11th floor is directly underneath a nightclub and is verrrry loud. When we requested to be moved to a lower level, we were accommodated and Raheem (sp?) provided excellent service. Shout out to the bartender as well who made an excellent and stiff drink.'

'Prima hotel maar betalen voor wifi? Welkom in 2014. Ik sliep de nacht ervoor bij een Howard Johnson van 60 dollar en daar had ik gratis internet. Als je lid wordt van hun loyalty programma dan heb je wel gratis wifi, maar als je als gast voor de eerste keer hier overnacht en dan zo wordt behandeld dan ga ik natuurlijk nooit een loyale klant worden. Maar goed, bed, kussens, douche en airco zijn goed. '

'The hotel doesn’t mention the room I booked has a view of a concrete roof. When I asked about a possible room exchange I was told all rooms have same view. Hard to believe. '

'Loved our stay at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta. Their staff was extremely friendly and very hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed celebrating our anniversary. When they found out that it was our anniversary they left a special gift and note in our room. Look forward to returning for a future visit. '

'I was there for the Walden event. The internet service is terrible and the escalators were broken. That being said the room was great, my housekeeper was amazing, and Tracy at the front desk on Wednesday was a rock star!!! Tracy needs to be recognized for her above and beyond service and her kind and caring attitude. Her smile is the best. I hope you let her know she did an amazing job and set the tone for a great experience. '
