'Had a fantastic time! Room on the 13th floor had a great view down to the Water Garden. People were friendly and the staff was amazing. Took a moment to figure out that I had to use my room key in the elevator just to get to the floor. (yeah I didn't think to read the sign on the wall). I will certainly be back!!'
