'Hotel bevind zich op een fantastische locatie, downtown. Parkeergelegenheid in de directe omgeving, echter behoorlijk aan de prijs. Goede gym ter beschikking, niet te hard zweten want een warme douche zit er niet echt in. Ik heb dit aangegeven bij de receptie maar dat veranderde niets.'

'It was great the only thing was I didn’t get the room I had ordinarily reserved. The hotel overbooked guests so for the four of us I got a king room and had to sleep on the couch '

'Always a great place to stay. Clean hotel with good staff. Iv never had any problems always accommodating. They are making some really nice updated and new updated rooms are really nice. Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Go one place and can walk to anywhere food, bar, entertainment all in one spot. '

'We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which ended up being closed after the freak storm which ripped through downtown the day before our arrival, while this was not the fault of the hotel it all was just disappointing as it was a very hot weekend in Houston. The staff are lovely and kept us supplied with nice as there are no fridges in the rooms which made it hard as it was very hot snd we couldn’t even bring back some water or sodas and keep them cold. 'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
