'If you wish to have a great view of the Arenal Volcano, this is the place. The rooms are pretty big and your kids can run around in the room at night. The rooms are not cheap, basically nothing is cheap in Costa Rica for that matter. No supermarket close by...so stock before you arrive. The rooms have a spa bath..again great for the kids. The have 2 false hot springs, one on the property and one at a 10 minute drive from the property next to Baldi Springs. They provide shuttle service for that...

'The staff was so friendly that compensated for everything else. 'Me and my partner travelled from London England. Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very attentive to detail. They gave us extra pilllows, an abundance of towels and even gave us a fully stocked mini bar that was free for our use. Loved my time there and will definitely be recommending to others. '

'Very nice staff. Small grounds with great views of Volcano. Boutique size place, maybe only 10 rooms and nice but small pool deck and 4 hot springs. Great breakfast, very convenient in and out location with a car. Not a fancy big resort place but was absolutely fine and budget friendly, would recommend no problem. Other "grand" volcano hot spring resorts were actually sold out so I picked this one and was very happy, and was lower cost overall with a great breakfast and very friendly staff....
