'We chose this hotel for our trip to Philadelphia, and overall I'm happy with it. The parking was a mess (the machine didn't accept our room cards, and so every time we wanted to get in we had to take a new ticket, and to get out we had to leave our name, check in/out dates, and room number with the booth attendant. 'What a great stay at the Sofitel! Excellent location--in walking distance to both high end, luxury shopping and more local boutiques, eateries, cafes and restaurants. Safe. Easy to Uber when necessary. The hotel itself is simply lovely. The new lobby bar and sitting area is incredible and the service was terrific. Breakfast is a cut above expected hotel fare and truly enjoyable. I will stay here again during my next trip to Philadelphia. '

'This is really a popular hotel and I can tell why. It is easily accessible off of Ben Franklin Parkway. There is an option for valet or a nearby parking garage. Both are a little pricey but makes sense based on the location. My only issue is that they did not recognize my Hilton Honors membership and I did not receive the room type requested. '

'It was great! We did find the cleanliness wasn’t top notch (stains on carpet, smell of smoke) however the staff was friendly, amenities were great and it was a great weekend getaway for us. '

'De ontvangst aan de receptie was heel matig, niet vriendelijk, ik moest zelf vragen om de mogelijkheden bv. qua ontbijt, parking, etc. Parking is enkel valet en heel duur. Ligging is heel goed in het oude stadsgedeelte. Voor de prijs dat je hier moet betalen mag het zeker iets meer zijn. Wifi op de kamer ook te betalen.'
