'When checking in, no one was around to be found! It was a later check in like 10pm and we were tired of traveling and a 2nd group of people came in waiting as well. No one in office, no one in hall ways, no one out side front door smoking. No sign on desk saying when they would be back. After 10+ minutes someone came because I literally called the hotel to make the front desk phone ring! '
