'Ligging was goed maar op een zeer lawaaierig punt. Kamers klein en benauwd, veel te warm! Dat kreeg je ook niet verbeterd'

'Ideaal gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Rovaniemi maar ook vlakbij de rivier waar je de mooiste sunrise kan zien. Wanneer je over de brug wandelt zit je dadelijk in de natuur en kan je mooie winterwandelingen maken. '

'Prima locatie, goed ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel. Huisjes warm en gezellig inclusief goed werkende sauna. Liggen aan de voet van skigebied Rovaniemi [klein maar leuk]. Aan te bevelen om een auto te huren omdat je anders aangewezen bent op dure taxi's. Excursies te boeken bij de receptie. Enige minpunt is dat de douche krap is en dat je niet kan voorkomen om tegen het koude douchegordijn te staan. De aanwezige sauna maakt wel weer veel goed.'

Ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op de Finse en Lapland keuken. Verwacht dan ook geen pancakes of croissantjes. '

'Yövyimme perheen kanssa neljä yötä lemmikeiden kanssa hotellissa, emmekä tyytyväisempiä voisi olla. Huone oli siisti ja erinomaisesti varusteltu, ja sauna oli todella hyvä. Aamupala erinomainen, ja samaisesta ravintolasta sai myös edulliset muut päiväruoat tarvittaessa. Kuntosali ja kylpyläkin kuului hintaan, ja hiihtoladut lähti näköetäisyydeltä. Ilmaisesta parkista myös plussat. Asiakaspalvelu erinomaista.'

'Nice hotel with great rooms. We stayed in room 9 and the only downside was the view from the room (backside of the hotel with a view on a messy parking and the backside of other companies) and the lack of chromecast on the TV. The AC in the room wasn’t entirely clear on how to operate it.'

'Great location. Out of town enough to view an aurora through the window while our baby was sleeping. Could ski on the frozen river straight from the property. Loved the wet room with a sauna - this was really cool! Staff were good at communicating once we were there but not initially after booking which would’ve been helpful. Lots of parking. Easy distance to airport, large supermarket and the amenities in the town. Close to a large ski area also. Overall, we’d definitely return to Artic Resort...

'A very comfortable stay with my 2 adult children. The location is very central, walkable to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and overall layout of the apartment was comfortable. The bathroom sink was on the small side and it would be nice if toiletries were included. '

'We hebben het fantastisch gehad. De omgeving is echt prachtig!! Bijna elke dag het noorderlicht gezien. Wij hadden geen auto gehuurd maar dat zou ik wel adviseren als je in de sneeuw durft te rijden. Transfer is behoorlijk prijzig maar zeker aanwezig. Inrichting van het huisje is een beetje ouderwets maar zeker charmant. Sauna aanwezig. Dus wat mij betreft zeker een dikke 9. '

'We had an amazing time over Christmas 2023. The villa is modern with all expected facilities and more(impressive pantry contents provided), the sauna and Hot tub were used frequently with views outside that you would only imagine on a Christmas postcard. Kimmo(owner) was excellent throughout our stay and was always available to answer questions. Nearest supermarket is 10-15 minutes away and includes a store where you can buy alcoholic drinks.
